Do you have specific business issues that you’d like my help with?  Book telephone consulting time with me by the hour and you get to set the agenda for our time together.

Book by the hour or pre-pay for a package of hours and save.

$250 per hour.

Pre-pay 5 hours for the price of 4 ($1,000).

Marketing Assessment

Nail your marketing message!  If you’re not getting the marketing results you need to grow your business right now, this session will move you light years ahead of where you are today.

After our first call you’ll submit your marketing summary (we’ll provide the template), related marketing materials, links to relevant websites and existing marketing metrics to us.

Marketing Assessment Includes:

• A pre-assessment call (45 min). This session is so that I can better understand  your specific business goals, operating environment, perceived opportunities, challenges and the specific solutions you’re looking for.

• An extensive offline assessment of your marketing summary and related materials.  I’ll assess your marketing summary for completeness, quality and market assessment. I’ll review all of your materials and associated websites and offer direct suggestions and feedback for improvements.  I’ll mail your materials back with my notes included.

• A summary of findings call (45 min). I’ll speak with you and up to two staff or executive team members to explain my findings, critique your marketing concept and primary marketing message and offer suggestions.  There will time for both Q&A and forming a “go forward” action plan. (This call will be recorded and sent in mp3 format for your convenience.)

• A strategy follow-up call (45 min). Within 2 weeks of the summary of findings call we’ll have a follow up call during which I’ll review and critique any changes made based on our initial review and provide additional go-forward guidance.  (This call will be recorded and sent in mp3 format for your convenience.)
